Registration forms can either be completed online and submitted, or printed and mailed.  Please follow instructions for the completion.

Registration Rates

The conference rate for IALEP members is as follows:

$400.00 USD if registered and paid through July 30, 2017

$500.00 USD if registered and paid between August 1, 2017 – September 5, 2017

Your conference registration rate is determined at the time of your registration.   If you are an IALEP member but your membership has lapsed, please renew your membership.

This year we are also offering the following special registration:

  1. Please note that student registrants must be full-time students.  Proof of status is required.
  2. Please indicate you are registering as a student in the comments area of the registration form.

 

 

Payments and Refunds

You will receive an invoice upon registering.  Both checks and credit cards will be accepted.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Registrants who cancel on OR prior to Tuesday, August 29, 2017 will receive a full refund if the registrant completed the registration process and paid prior to Monday, August 28, 2017.

Registrants who pay registration fees, do not attend the conference and fail to notify the IALEP registrar of their cancellation will NOT receive a refund.

All conference cancellations must be made in writing to the IALEP  on or before Tuesday, September 5, 2017.

If your registration fee has been paid but you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person in your organization. All transfers/substitutions must be coordinated. Please notify IALEP as soon as you have determined that a substitution is required. If you transfer your conference registration to a non-IALEP member within your organization, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the member and non-member rates.
